I'm wondering how one can give a certain category a tag or 5?
For example, i got an anime site, some of the categories have the genres: action, adventure & slice of life. I then want to tag them with those, so when clicked action for example, I get to the tag page listing all the categories with the tag action.

Now if you look at a tag page you see all the posts with the tag in question right, i want to be able to give the categories tags so they get listed at the tag pages, the same as it is with posts :)
Thanks for the links, will check out the plugin today, but i got a feeling the second one is on the right track, with custom fields for categories.

Sorry about the double posts. I've added custom fields to the categories now, is there a way to add tags through a custom field?

What about having the tag page ONLY list the categories which have one or more posts with the tag in question? Is this a possible solution?
