Is there a way to create sign-ons (user names) in WordPress with different permissions? I am interested in allowing some contributors to enter content and edit it but not hit 'publish,' while allowing other contributors to enter, edit and publish.

Posted 7 months ago #I would suggest trying Role Manager, a plug-in that allows you to customize the permissions and even create your own roles.
It will also allow you to change the permissions on a per-user basis so you can setup the exact situation you are talking about.
