   back in october i updated my wordpress blog and have not been able to post anything new. i double checked the config.php file and it looks about right. is there anything else i should check? i can access the admin panel but when i do a quick post or new post, it doesn't take. old posts from before the upgrade are still there. any help would be greatly appreciated.

   I'm having this same problem, except it appeared randomly, I had not changed anything. I can write posts, and open existing posts to "edit" them, but when I click save, save & edit, publish, anything, it just takes me back to my blog home page and the post/page is gone.
