Help Importing MySQL Database

    Okay… so when I was backing up my database I managed to back it up, but also delete it from my websites server. Now it’s on my harddrive instead of my websites server. I really need help importing it back. It’s MySQL version 4 and the file on my harddrive is in .sql format.

    I looked under my hosters help section and found some help, but the feature I need to use doesn’t come included with my hosting plan.

    HELP!

    your host doesn’t offer phpmyadmin for the mysql database?
    you really need that to import an .sql file
    if they don’t offer phpmyadmin, then you should insist they import it for you
