   Both the site and the admin panel went blank and inaccessible after activating the Hybrid theme.
   Maybe not compatible with WP265 - or requires php5? (Running php 4.1.11 here) Can't find info on the site about this.

   Delete that theme folder from the wp-content/themes/ folder and WordPress will switch back to using the WordPress Default theme.
