   I've recently installed SEO Title Tag tool, and even though I have updated the titles, they still do not display in the title bar in any browser. I have a static home page, and have not even been able to display a title by even changing the subject line of the post that says "Welcome." I'm relatively new to this, and am used to working in dreamweaver to edit SEO things. I don't understand how to alter the code in wordpress to reflect SEO changes. I know this is probably a really easy solution, but for whatever reason I can't figure it out. Can someone PLEASE advise me how to properly use this plugin? I can't find any good information on any of the other forums that address this same issue. Most are unresolved. Help!

   Have you followed the instructions on this page?
   http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/seo-title-tag/installation/

   You need to make a change to your theme before the plugin will display its output.

   Thank you. I've read these instructions probably 20 times, but today I finally got it. Thanks a lot.
