   hi somebody
   is there any sofwtware specially make themes wordpress for exp= if u want make html use software front page or dreamweaver so its very easy to make without knowing programing(its like wizard).than to make themes layout wordpress i dont know how to make it(probbaly its has specialy program who some body can make it).....? if some body know what's name that program ....?

   you have to manually convert html template to wordpress themes here are some examples of converted themes, wpport.com
