Displaying Author Role

Hi again…
My second issue has to do with trying to display the author’s Role in his/her posts. I got the the part on displaying the author’s Nickname, URL and Bio, but I can’t for the life of me find a way to display the Role of the author.

For example, if you follow this link: http://thoughtrobots.com/?p=208, it will take you to one of my posts. If you scroll to the bottom of the post, there is a Mini-Bio of the author. I also want to display the Author’s Role between the Nickname and the URL.

Eg: GinsengSamurai [Administrator] (website.com)

Eg2: Boris [Editor] (website.com)

Eg3: Teeter [Contributor] (website.com)

etc.

I tried looking through the Codex for the_author tags, but there is no tag for the Role variable.
