   I have an plug in that is asking for my site ID. I cannot figure out where to find it.

   It says to
   

   What is your site ID? Go to your site's dashboard and look at the URL. You should see a "site_id=123" (example) on the end. In this case, 123 would be your site ID.

   My dashboard is not showing url does not state this.

   What is the plugin? Are you sure it's for WordPress and not WordPress MU?
