How do I let people know I have moved a page to a different location?

    How do I let people know I have moved a page to a different location?

    I want to move my entire blog located at http://tommasi.com.au/blog into the root directory (ie tommasi.com.au)

    So if a visitor visits a page at the “old” location, they are either redirected or advised of the new location.
