Hi, i switch hosting providers because i kept running out of bandwith on my old one. I currently have the new blog setup with my new host, but my blog files (WXM/XML) that contains all my posts, ect. are on my old hosting provider. I cant access the "export" page because my bandwith is run out, on my old provider.

Is there a way to locate this export file via FTP? Because i can log into my old hosting provider ftp, which contains all my wordpress files.

I could just wait until next month, which is when my old hosting will fire back up because of the monthly bandwith limit. But i can't wait until then. I just need to find this file soon!

Let me know if you can help

    thanks

If you can access your cPanel then you can backup your data in cPanel. Then transfer it through your new hosting. Hope this can help!
