I recently created a blog that other colleagues need to review before posting. I tried the Private setting and the Password Protected. When I send out a password protected page it takes the person to the WordPress back end not the actual web page so the person can’t see it as it will actually look. It’s as if the person is going to edit the blog. Also, when I send out a private blog I copy the blog address and send it to another person who then clicks on the address. They then get a message that tells them they do not have access to Private blogs. Does anyone have any idea how these two options are supposed to work. So much time could be saved if Word Press would just make this stuff more intuitive.
