   It's just a clean plugin template with a couple of "TO-DO" comments. See the plugin's source (Plugins > Edit). This shouldn't even have reached the Wordpress plugin directory.

   We never released a version of this plugin. Not sure why WordPress started displaying a version when we never tagged a version. We are working on getting this listing deleted from WordPress.org/extend/plugins/
