interface to gallery

Is there a way to integrate arbitrary gallery using php? Sort of a dynamically created frameset that in the top frame contains the return address to the post and in the larger bottom frame the gallery specified by a parameter in the url (http://here/photoframe.php?gallery=url_to_actual_gallery&post=called_from_post)
