   Great plugin but.... the author might want to update the htmlentities call in list-authors-plus.php line 63 (and potentially elsewhere) to accomodate different charsets. As it is, the htmlentities uses the default charset instead of the one used by the blog. Hopefully this saves other people some time, in case you're having encoding problems like I had.
