we couldn’t find any pop-up in GPL and Free trial versions of plugin. Maybe you’ve try to use another version of another developers?
Somebody could modify it, because of we have free GPL version where you can modify source code.

I don’t know. The way this plugin is done seems a bit shady to me.
You can download the version from WP.org. But, while using that version, you get this message:
You can add only 10 pages.
If you want unlimited number of pages download latest version here: http://pageflipgallery.com/download/
So, you download that version, of course. Except, this new version is not licensed under the GPL.
This would totally not fly with the themes directory. I’m not sure if WP.org should support this plugin when the page it links to supports non-GPL versions. That’s part of the reason why 200 – 300 WP themes were removed recently from the directory.
If WP.org tell us to remove that message, we’ll do that.
But you can modify plugin and remove that limitation.

As of a lot of questions of our license policy, we’ll remove all limitation in GPL version of plugin.
In next version (coming next week) you can create as many pages and books as you wish.
And there’s no any warnings, like that

Thanks for the info but I can’t even use my plugin. Everything works but the images don’t load. Could it be something with the settings?
