   I flip over to the html tab. I paste in the link code I generated in my Amazon Associates window.

   I flip back to the Visual tab, and... Nothing. A blank space.

   Back on the html tab, I see... Nothing. It has totally erased all the link text.

   I have tried enclosing it in and <div> tag pairs, as has worked with previous versions, but nothing helps.

   Thanks in advance for any ideas!

   from what ive read from other long time users that actually use the visual tab, you cant jump back and forth between those 2 interfaces. at least, its not recommended.

   REALLY?!

   Then how do you ever put code in? You HAVE to use the HTML editor for the entire post if you do...

   Then how do you see how things are looking if you're not html-savvy enough to know the code that well? Open a "preview" window all the time?

   Bleah! Really??

   Thanks for taking the time to explain it and link it for me, Whooami... I've not had much luck searching for things here, for whatever reason.

   I hope the WP folks are aware of how frustrated a lot of people are by this... :)
