   Unable to complete Global Translator initialization. Please make writable and readable the following directory:

   * ........./wordpress/wp-content/plugins/global-translator

   What should I do? I do not know the board :(
   Please help.

   You have to use FTP to go to your web server and change the permissions on the directory /global-translator . Look in the help or readme for that plugin for that error and find out what the permissions need to be, probably 664.
