   This plug-in looks REALLY great. Only problem is that I can't even get started using it as I am having trouble uploading the template.

   First, I tried to chmod the directory to a permission that allows the webserver to write into that directory. I called my hosting support line to make sure I was doing things correctly but that didn't work.

   So then, I tried to upload the template to the wordpress/wp-content/uploads/pdftemplates/ directory using ftp. The upload was successful. I see the template.pdf in the directory, but plugin admin page doesn't show that it's there - there is no template.pdf file in the select box.

   Can someone enlighten me here?

   You can configure the path where the templates are stored. Please check (in the plugin configuration) if you really set the correct path.
