It appears that the NAVT plugin breaks the Ozh horizontal admin menu or put more kindly the two aren't compatible.

Posted 7 months ago #possibly... NAVT includes the Javascript it needs (on it's own admin page) to operate... I'm sure they are both including jQuery... but different versions or something equally conflicting. You may find other plugins that don't play nice with that plugin as well...
