Odd comment problem

    If I’m already logged into my blog and would like to leave a comment to some one else’s comment, I get see this

    The way it is now, I have to log out in order to leave a comment to my own blog. How do I fix that?

    That’s the way 1.5’s comment system works, if I’m not mistaken. The admin panel stores information about your login to your computer so when you go the comment form, the fields are already filled in for you and you don’t have to fill them in yourself. You don’t need to logout.

    Actually, I do need to logout. It won’t let me leave a comment if I don’t log out.

    Never mind, I figured it out myself. I had it set so that someone leaving a comment had to leave a name and e-mail address. In the Users part of the admin panel I didn’t have a first name. I just gave myself a first name and it works fine now.
