I don't understand what has just happened. I can't see my site, just white pages. I CAN SEE my admin. My ISP sent me the following message:

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.-bash-3.00#

I loaded up a Hello World index.html and am able to view it here:

    http://domain.com/index.html

Please investigate your Wordpress blog error. You may need to run the Apache Update tool in WHM.

While I'm working on the Apache Update tool what did I need to do / look for regarding MYSQL, etc.

That error is usually a server configuration issue. (php.ini) You may have to give your host a call for information/assistance with the MySQL support.

i reinstalled new wp files and new plugins. i can see my admin section and it works fine. i can see my login page. but i only get white pages on all other public pages.

my isp says it is a wp issue. they run tests and get this error message

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_admin() in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/vars.php on line 16

Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_USER_AGENT in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/vars.php on line 39

ISP says this suggests the word press blog is misconfigured or something hasn't been installed correctly.

i believe it was reinstalled correctly.

the forum link pointed out above does not pertain to me i don't think as i am not getting any error messages. only my isp is getting error message via their tests. i just can't see my site.
