I just upgraded to WordPress 2.6, now every time I go to edit an image, the "Edit Image Caption" field defaults to the word "null." If I do not delete this text, it will label my images with the caption null. Is this a known issue? How can it be fixed?
Thanks.

I had the same issue. My workaround is to edit image properties or edit HTML manually.
Well, the same experience. If I want to edit img properties, I have to manually delete the string "null". Every time…
I hope, that next verison of WP will be fixed. I just wonder, that we are only three in this part of the forum :-}

I have not been able to find a fix to this yet. Hopefully someone is reading this who has a solution.
