I’m seeing a colored “24” favicon in Firefox 3 and the white C on black in IE7. The former is specified in your header but I’ve no idea where the ‘C’ is coming from. You do have a javascript error in IE and quite a few validation errors – some of which are significant. I’ve know such errors cause display problems but I’ve never heard of them causing a completely different favicon to appear.
Your current robots.txt file:
User-agent: MSR-ISRCCrawler
User-agent: BPImageWalker/2.0
Disallow: /
which, in theory, should only block MSR-ISRCCrawler and BPImageWalker/2.0
You could try adding:
User-agent: *
Allow: /
The only other thing I noticed is that, with CSS disabled your rotating featured post excerpt keeps disappearing every 10 seconds or so. Not sure what (if any) effect that this might have on Googlebot.
Just noticed that the ‘C’ favicon in IE7 appears to be linked to your rotating featured post. It’s re-loading about 1.5 seconds before the post changes. Perhaps it’s part of whatever is controlling your featured content rotation?

Not sure how to go about fixing these errors. I fixed a couple tags that were obvious to me. Most of the errors seem to be related to YouTube links that I’m not sure what to do with.

Tried adding that and the syntax checker at http://tool.motoricerca.info/robots-checker.phtml didn’t like it.
