Plugin for hiding referrer

    Hello,

    I am looking a plugin for hiding referrers at posts. So when someone clicks at the link, it will open in new tab or window and use some kind of anonymizer to visit url. So target site won’t be able to see my site name as referrer.

    Is there any plugins for that?
