    Hello,
I installed WordPress via a Bluehost cpanel, and now I want to change the language of my site from English to Hebrew. I downloaded the Hebrew version of WordPress 2.7.1 , and followed the instructions on how to make this transformation (Everybody writes that it’s so simple… Makes you feel smart!) but I just can’t get it done.
I think my problem is that I don’t know how to get access to that file where I need to change my WPLANG thing… I mean, I have the file installed on my computer, but how do I make this change apply to my website?
If it of any relevance, this is the link
    inkspot.co.il

    Would really appreciate any help.
    Thank you!

Making a change on your computer won’t help your site unless you upload that change to your server. You should download the wp-config.php file from your server, make a copy of it(So you can put it back up there as is if something gets broken) and then edit that, then reload it onto the server. Go through the steps again, link whatever articles you are using here, and explain specifically which parts you are having troubles with and someone here might have a better idea of what to suggest.
