   Error: Can't post images through Windows Live Writer

   I have been publishing to my blog from Windows Live Writer for a few days now and today while trying to publish a new post, I got an error which said:

   The server reported an error with the following URL:
   http://projectbiwan.com/xmlrpc.php
   403 Forbidden
   

   I have read a lot of posts with solutions to this, but all of them have a solution with a plugin called WP-Super Cache and the Bad Behavior plugin installed.

   I currently have none of these plugins installed on my blog. The only plugin I have is the Counterize II.

   This error only happens when I try publishing a post with pictures in it. I tried a text only post and it was published instantly.

   I don't have much experience with Wordpress so if you can help me out with what exactly to do it would help a lot.

   It would be interesting to know if you have the same problem when publishing a post with images directly from WordPress as well.

   Not only interesting but helpful :-)

   The problem is only while trying to publish through the software. I have been publishing through wordpress and there is no problem with that. Please let me know a solution if you can come across one!
