Auto Translation Plugins

I’m currently looking at adding some kind of auto-translation links to my website (http://www.roydaudio.com) after spotting in various logs that I’ve got some incoming links on non-English sites.

I started with the Indeo-European Plugin, which does the job pretty well using Google translate, however my website contains many product names and keywords that really shouldn’t be translated. Is there anyway to mark words that shouldn’t be translated? Or can anyone recommend other plugins/tools that would allow me to overcome this problem.
