Blank Wp-admin after 2.7 upgrade

hello,
I have looked at all of the similar posts relating to this and I have tried re-uploading my files as well as deleting all of my plugins and I still have a blank wp-admin page after I finish. I just updated another site to 2.7 last week on the same server with no problems. The only difference is that one was from 2.5 to 2.7. The one I am updating is from 2.3 to 2.7. I’m pretty sure I configured the wp-config file correctly. Can someone point me in the right direction here. I’m at a loss here. LINK
