How to edit the Carrington theme for WordPress Mobile Edition?

    After uploading Alex King’s WordPress Mobile Edition plugin from 2.0 to 3.0.1, I am at a loss how to maneuver the Carrington theme. I’d like to change the layout, e.g. remove certain pages from displaying, remove the bio, add a RSS link, etc. I’m guessing it’s a single php page but I don’t know the theme and am doing this offline to ftp over.
