Firefox Browser 3.0.7
Wordpress 2.7
Recently when trying to log in to WP admin panel from Firefox browser I get "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."
all extensions .com/wp-login.php, .com/wp-admin.php, .com/wp-admin lead to that error message.
IE 7 and 8 work fine.

I get this funky message too. After I reboot my machine, it works fine though... hope that helps!

I know I am a little late on this but thought it was relevant. I had this issue and it drove me nuts...I didnt have to reinstall Firefox...here's what I did.
Tools--> options --> Privacy Tab
Click on delete individual cookie (or all if you prefer)...find your site and delete it.
Then clear ALL your cache and viola...I am back into my site.
