   This survey is terrific, "just the ticket"!
   One or two small problems:
   The questions for respondents to choose often appear in a random order. Consequently there might be:
   Q. What type of cycling do you prefer?

   • Road
   • Mountain
   • Both

   However "Both" will appear on top of the list.
   The really annoying thing is that in another question everything will be correct, or in a totally random order.

   Also after testing the survey and deleting the individual responses I get this error:

   WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1]
   SELECT ID, name FROM wp_surveys_survey WHERE ID=
