eShop plugin – Paypal IPN -A Failed Payment

    I’m using the eshop plugin, earlier on when building the site, I tested an actual purchase for a small amount and it worked fine. Now upon completion and near launch of the site, I’ve tested it again and the trans goes through at paypal on both ends, but says it failed at eShop. The admin gets an email with this… Paypal IPN -A Failed Payment Ref:4HY814301U968243B. While the purchase just hangs in Pending on eShop, and the quantity does not go down.

    I’ve checked the currencies, double-checked the emails, all match on both ends.

    Saw something about fsockopen() on another thread, how can I tell if my host supports it? Seems like it should since the whole eShop process worked fine a couple of days ago.

    Also noted, I upgraded to the newest version of eShop that came out today.

    Sorry all, I figured it out. I temp password protect the site with .htaccess so no one could buy before the store opened. That stopped paypal from sending the completed trans info to the site, hence getting the failed payment.
