Just want to know if anyone has the same problem, when you have enabled full text search option, you still cannot mark the phrase as required or not required, putting + or - sign before a phrase just make no difference as "OR" operations. Results still include posts with only one of the phrases or both, of course.
By the way, a search engine with logical operations is definitely a good plugin. Thanks the author!
