   hi there!
   very nice plugin, but I don't know what I'm missing...
   the sub-pages of a "Default Template" page are not showing...

   I'm also experiencing this issue. I'm getting a completely white screen on subpages. But not only subpages whose parent pages that are using the default template, but indeed all subpages.
