[Plugin: Profile Pic] displaying pic with excerpt on index page (1 post)

    apologies - total newb with no php knowledge.

    How do I insert the author pic on the index page along side an excerpt - cut and paste code would be a huge hep as I cant seem to get any of the examples to do this for me. I'd also like to restrict the image dimensions if possible.
