Is the Daily Digest time in UTC? I have it set to update at 12:00 am. My tweets are posted to my blog in a daily digest at 7:00 am. There's no mention of this anywhere I can find.

Where did you set the update? I don't see any place on the Settings screen for Twitter Tools that shows a time for this.
