cannot get text widget to show up

I added a text widget to my blog sidebar and my homepage sidebar and added the html code to it created in Aweber for a optin web form.

pasted it in.
clicked done.
clicked save changes.

refreshed the blog and the form will not show up.

I had this form up there a day or 2 ago using the same strategy and just took it down for awhile, didn’t alter it or anything.

What am i doing wrong?

I have checked the plugins and they are all up to date, so is wordpress.

please help
