   I'm really confused as to what causes these problems as I've tried to fix them for a while, but can't find anything. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

   I still haven't figured it out and I'm surprised that I haven't gotten replies. If you have any ideas, please help me.

   I deactivated all my plugins and have found the source of the problem. I never even thought to check the plugins, but thanks MichaelH for the suggestion. It was the plugin "Advanced WYSIWYG Editor", which adds more buttons to the editor, which makes the editor get longer.

   Which brings me to my next question... Is there a way to make those extra buttons and functions go into two rows, instead of breaking the template?

   Also, I still have the problem with the Visit Site button on the top left, is that something with WP itself?

   {EDIT} The issue with that was a missing title for my site, so that is no longer a problem. Thanks Michael for the help!
