   Hi Joost,

   I've just installed your Canonical URL plugin (thank you) and am wondering if that plugin effectively makes this permalink one obsolete now?

   Not really. It just depends if you want to rely on canonical urls or canonical links put in your page head. Using both is redundant, though.

   I prefer redirects because it also helps the visitor, not just the search engine.
