    the images codex page states “As the saying goes “a picture says more than a thousand words”, you might want to add some images to your WordPress site. The default editor in WordPress allows for the insertion of images into posts,”

    Does this mean images are to be interted with html tags?

    Yes. To make it easier, use the [img] button on the Quicktags bar.

    When you upload an image using WordPress’s upload feature, you will be presented with the proper HTML to display the image. Also, when you try a WordPress post, there is an “img” quicktag button which inserts the appropriate <img> tag.

    Thanks: I ‘m new to wordpress. I haven’t seen the quicktags bar, where is it in Write somewhere?
