   Hi all - after a few issues with earlier version of WordPress (relating to the TinyEditor not working right for line breaks under Safari) - I have now upgraded to v2.5 (non-beta).

   My initial problem (line breaks) is gone - but now my Categories are a bit funny.

   On the front page (www.808.co.nz/wordpress) there are actually more Categories defined then are appearing on the front page. I am pretty sure that even if there are no items in the Categories then maybe it should show all of them (with maybe "0" besides the ones with no entries? (This could be a misunderstanding on my part!.)

   When in as admin it kind of looks like the nesting of the Categories is garbled.

   To explain when in Admin - Manage Categories I see:

   (checkbox) COMPUTERS
   (checkbox) - Handy Hints

   (*NO* checkbox) HUMOR
   (checkbox) - clean jokes
   (checkbox) - r16 jokes

   I have already deleted the offending Categories and reapplied them but still it's like a graphic bug in both browsers I use - FireFox and Safari (Mac and PC).

   I can just scrap everything (again) and start from fresh but...

   Hi even i am facing the same problem, most probably this is due to a plugin, i use the advance TinyMCE plugin plus the wp-affiliate one and a few more like simple tags and all in one seo

   for those who are confused as to what the problem is look at this screen shot of my admin page while writing a post
