   I am trying to go to my admin page to do some editing. I have a dedicated IP so that I can build a new site and keep the one that is under it's current URL. The problem I am having is that the Admin is pointed to my current URL, which is a blogger site and I want it pointed at my unique IP.

   Does anyone know which file contains the line where I can change where the App is pointed so that I can access the admin?, right now it just redirects to a non existing page on blogger.

   When I asked godaddy they said there is a file in wordpress fowarding me to my URL when I want it pointed at my dedicated IP but that they don't know which one and can't offer support for this issue :(

   any help would be great thanks!

   I would make a guess they are talking about using a redirect in your .htaccess file.

   where is the .htaccess file located?
