   I just discovered this magnificent plugin and got started right away fixing the thumbnails that WordPress' auto-crop function created (cut-off heads). And found out that PNG files will convert transparencies to black.

   Any way to fix this?

   Okay, I've fixed this bug in the latest development version, which also incldues a new feature to scale the full size image at upload (go to WordPress' media settings to configure it, leave values at 0 for no change; here's a screenshot).

   ... but that'll make my Plugin Resize-At-Upload-Plus obsolete
