   At the bottom is -

   Is this a plugin or a general wordpress setting to do this. If so, how would i do this?

   Not sure what plugin they are using but did you look at WP-PageNavi plugin?

   Oops, that's probably just using the template tag wp_link_pages in conjunction with the <!--nextpage--> quicktag in the content field.
