   All of my blog posts automatically have a <meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow' />

   How do I disable this from automatically happening?

   Go to settings, Privacy, and make your blog accessible by checking the appropriate check box.

   Now the tag reads follow but still noindex

   Check the header.php file and see if the theme author programmed it in there. Otherwise if you are using an SEO plugin make sure you don't have that option selected.
