error establishing database connection

Above is the link. I have done this wordpress thing with my own hosting several times before. This site is giving me fits.

I did this before with this URL and when I put in my email and jabrone.net to get my password, the password never showed up in my email so I could never login in the admg in area.

So, I deleted everything, inlcuding database, and started over.

Now, I cant get the install page to show up because of “error establishing database connection”. I need help or suggestions. I’m going through reliablesite.net hosting, just as I did with my other sites. Thanks!
