How do you Create Categories

    Hi

    I am trying to create some catgories.
    I have made some and ticked the boxes for them.
    There is a drop-down menu that says Bulk Actions. I kept it on this setting and clicked apply but nothing happens on my site and there are no visible categories.

    Please can someone help me?
