   I want to add a Picture to the end of every post that appears based on the post's category. Is there a way to do this? If I am not explaining myself properly just say so.

   Category-icons places small icons at the begining of the post next to the title, not what I want to do. I want to place a small banner like image at the bottom of a post that leads to the category

   and I cant seem to figure out category images

   I want to say that you can put the image wherever you want : the Category Icons plugin just SUGGESTS you where to put the images/icons. You are free to put them where you want...
