    Hi,

I'm new to blogging. I uploaded your plugin, went to my profile, and saw this:

Warning: the picture storage directory is not writable by the server. Picture upload will fail. Use your FTP client or a command line interface to chmod the picture directory (/wp-content/profile-pics/) to 777 to resolve this problem.
Warning: the picture storage directory does not exist. Use your FTP client or a command line interface to create the picture directory (/wp-content/profile-pics/), and chmod it to 777 to resolve this problem.

What do I need to do exactly in beginner's terms or detailed steps to get this to work? I'm good at following directions, just not the ones above. Thanks.

You need to right click the "profile-pics" folder from your FTP program and select properties. Then enter 777 in the CHMod box. This will make that folder writable.

Also, make sure that folder exists in the first place.
